Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding original shipping charges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at yokumgear@gmail.com.

Refunds will not be issued for items returned used, damaged, or without original packaging.
